1. Will you agree to put all three units under a single contract with common rights and benefits, except where the particular duties of the job require different treatment? If "yes," how? 2. Will you restore to our units all work that originates in San Francisco that is presently performed by workers who are not under the UTU contract? If "yes," when? 3. Will you address the problem of loss of work and income? If "yes," how? 4. Will you address the problem of pay differentials and lack of pay parity within the office, between office staff and drivers, and between the tire changer, the fuelers and the sweepers? If "yes," how? 5. Will you agree to a general wage increase for all employees? If "yes," in what amounts? 6. Will you agree to institute electronic paycheck deposit for all employees who request it? If "yes," when? 7. Will you agree to automatically deduct and remit supplemental disability insurance premiums from paychecks for those employees who authorize it? If "yes," when? 8. Will you agree to significantly increase employee life insurance benefits? If "yes," in what amount? 9. Will you make improvements in our 401(k) plan and implement the transfer of 401(k) plans as previously agreed upon? If "yes," what improvements? When will the plan be transferred? 10. Will you agree to extend paid funeral leave to all domestic partners? 11. Will you enroll the company as a full participant in the Metropolitan Transit Commission's "Commuter Check" program and make other arrangements to assist commuting employees? If "yes," when? What assistance will you provide? 12. Will you agree to reestablish and fill the positions of benefits administrator and marketing/charter developer, and increase the number of TMs who are available to go into the field? If "yes," when? How many TMs will you hire? 13. Will you agree to promptly repair or replace defective or worn tools and equipment, provide necessary tools and materials, quickly remedy existing safety hazards, and establish a joint committee to monitor working conditions to prevent or quickly remedy future safety problems? If "yes," when? 14. Will you extend to the tire changer, fuelers and sweepers the same paid holidays as are enjoyed by other employees and pay them overtime for work on Washington's and Lincoln's Birthday holidays? 15. Will you increase the differential for night work for the tire changer, fuelers and sweepers? If "yes," how much? 16. Will you agree to mutually acceptable clear job descriptions for each classification and will you pay those who do work of a higher paid classification at the higher rate for all time they work out of their own classification? 17. Will you pay employees who are hurt at work and sent for treatment for all the time they lose from work while traveling to and from treatment and while being treated for their injuries? 18. Will you agree to provide at least one week's advance notice of changes made in the work schedules and of layoffs affecting the tire changer, fuelers and sweepers? 19. Will you treat in-service days not worked as if worked for purposes of calculating accumulated sick-days? 20. Will you agree to increase the lift-pay premium? If "yes," how much? 21. Will you agree to make changes in the drug testing program to establish to the union's satisfaction that testing is truly random; to respect the dignity and privacy of tested employees; to eliminate doubts about the status of the lab; and to pay workers for all the time spent being tested, including travel to and from the testing site and time spent waiting for an appointment that does not occur within a short time before or after an employee's run? Will you establish a mutually acceptable appeal process when en employee's termination based on a drug/alcohol test is due to a questionable positive test or when there are extenuating circumstances? If "yes," how? 22. Will you join with UTU in negotiating with the District for routes that do not create impossible or potentially hazardous deadhead assignments between stops on runs?
